Flax Crust Pizza

Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 cup nutritional yeast

2 cups flaxseed meal

4 eggs

Toppings:

8 ounces Softened cream cheese

1 teaspoon nutritional yeast

1 cup Rao's pizza sauce or other no-sugar added pizza sauce

1 Bell pepper, diced

1 Small onion, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces cooked Italian sausage

20 slices Pepperoni

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix nutritional yeast, flaxseed meal, and eggs in a large bowl

Press the mixture onto a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake the crusts for 8 minutes at 350 degrees

Soften cream cheese and spread it on top of the baked crust

Sprinkle additional nutritional yeast

Add toppings of your choice (I added Rao’s pizza sauce, sautéed peppers and onions, cooked Italian sausage, and pepperoni)

Bake the pizzas again for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
