Butternut Squash Pancakes
These pancakes taste amazing and are very satisfying! They are so quick and easy to make with only THREE ingredients!

Ingredients

cup
Cooked, cubed butternut squash
To make this a super quick meal, purchase the squash already cubed
1/2
cup
Almond butter
no sugar added
4
eggs
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Pour the batter onto a greased griddle.
Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them to the other side.
Serve the pancakes with sugar-free syrup and butter. I like to use Lakanto Sugar-Free Syrup, which is sweetened with monk fruit.
