  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour the batter onto a greased griddle.
  3. Once the pancakes begin to bubble, flip them to the other side.
  4. Serve the pancakes with sugar-free syrup and butter. I like to use Lakanto Sugar-Free Syrup, which is sweetened with monk fruit.
