Flax Crust Pizza
This is a family favorite! The nutritional yeast adds a cheesy flavor and is a great source of protein, B vitamins, trace minerals, and antioxidants. This pizza is not only healthy and delicious, but it will keep you full!

  1. Mix nutritional yeast, flaxseed meal, and eggs in a large bowl
  2. Press the mixture onto a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  3. Bake the crusts for 8 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. Soften cream cheese and spread it on top of the baked crust
  5. Sprinkle additional nutritional yeast
  6. Add toppings of your choice (I added Rao’s pizza sauce, sautéed peppers and onions, cooked Italian sausage, and pepperoni)
  7. Bake the pizzas again for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
