1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 teaspoon Butter
4 slices Uncured bacon
2 Peeled hardboiled eggs
5 Small strawberries
2 cups Raw spinach
Full-fat salad dressing ranch or blue cheese
Place pecans on microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds
Take pecans out of the microwave and add butter (and Himalayan pink salt if you want)
Put pecans back in microwave for 30 seconds on high
Place spinach in a bowl and add toasted pecans, chopped strawberries, chopped hardboiled eggs, and bacon broken into pieces
Add desired amount of salad dressing and enjoy!
