Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon Butter
- 4 slices Uncured bacon
- 2 Peeled hardboiled eggs
- 5 Small strawberries
- 2 cups Raw spinach
- Full-fat salad dressing ranch or blue cheese
Servings: serving
Instructions
- Place pecans on microwave-safe plate and microwave on high for 45 seconds
- Take pecans out of the microwave and add butter (and Himalayan pink salt if you want)
- Put pecans back in microwave for 30 seconds on high
- Place spinach in a bowl and add toasted pecans, chopped strawberries, chopped hardboiled eggs, and bacon broken into pieces
- Add desired amount of salad dressing and enjoy!
