My name is Ronda Kremske, and I would like to share a little about my health journey. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. However, in just over a year I lost over 100 pounds and have kept it off for over two years. I also decreased my symptoms of PCOS and Hashimoto disease without any medication. I have been enlightened to the truth of how to fuel my body with real, whole foods in order to lose weight and keep it off in a healthy way that is sustainable without being hungry. I’m passionate about sharing this knowledge with others, which has led me to become a Certified Health Coach through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. I look forward to partnering with you to guide you as you implement lasting changes to improve your health. My goal is to educate, motivate, and empower you to reach your health goals so that you too can enjoy the freedom I’ve found with numerous benefits such as fitting into smaller clothes, experiencing more energy, building confidence, and getting rid of aches and pains.
Having my mom as a Certified Health Coach has been such a blessing because she has taught me so much about health and nutrition! By following her advice, I have lost 56.8 pounds and have never felt better! She really knows what works and is passionate about helping others! I have suffered with my weight and health since having my first child in 2014. Not only had I continued to gain weight with my next two pregnancies, but I had also developed very painful psoriatic arthritis. After watching Ronda on her health journey and overcoming her own autoimmune disease, I reached out to her. She has helped me learn why eating REAL food is so important for our bodies. Not only have I lost 52 pounds so far, but I have also reduced my inflammation pain dramatically! I am so grateful for her support and encouragement on my health journey!
Ronda is the best support for your weight loss journey! If you are trying to figure out how to get all of the extra weight off from being quarantined, she’s the one to help you! I’m disabled and I’ve lost 62 pounds! In addition, I have been able to go from 12 medications down to only 4. I went from a size XL to a size Small. Also, my labs showed that my cholesterol has lowered significantly! I couldn’t have done it without Ronda!
I lost 7 pounds in the first 6 days working with Ronda and over 30 pounds total so far! I am no longer borderline diabetic, my liver enzymes are normal for the first time in 15 plus years, I have more energy and less brain fog, and I feel amazing! The doctor said that he anticipates taking me off of blood pressure medication at my next visit. I’m now wearing the clothes size I wore when I got married 27 years ago. I have suffered with back and joint pain for years. I have tried many plans and only had minimal loss which in turn made me give up. My wife and I started our real health journey with Ronda in late March. In the beginning I just wanted to be there to support my wife and help in any way I could. As a former professional chef and the one that does most of the cooking at home, I thought it would be quite intriguing to see what kind of new meals we could come up with on a week-to-week basis. While we have eaten quite well in these past few months and developed some really good new recipes, I also lost over 20 pounds! However, the biggest blessing of all is the fact that most of my chronic spinal pain has been reduced to near nothing. Imagine, simply eating real, whole food. I’m happy to say I am now in “maintenance mode” and have been able to resume a wonderful new workout regimen that has allowed for a true body transformation. None of this could have been accomplished without the wonderful guidance and support that Ronda has and continues to provide!
After watching Ronda take control of her health by losing weight the right way, I joined her on her journey. I have now lost 60 pounds and feel better than I have in years. In addition, I am getting back into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for years. But, more importantly, it is my health which has seen the most improvement. As a diabetic, my A1C has dropped from 9.7 to 5.6 prompting my doctor to discontinue my diabetic medication. My cholesterol and triglycerides are also now in normal range. Ronda has shown me that you can lose weight and improve your health by eating real food to get real results. During the pandemic I put on extra weight. After seeing the success that my mom and my sister had with this healthy eating plan, I decided to join them. I have lost 95 pounds in just over ten months! I feel great and this is the first plan that I have been able to stick to without feeling deprived! I love the food – especially the chicken wings and flax crust pizza!
The first picture is July ‘20 and the second picture is November ‘20. I have lost 63.4 pounds so far. I am already feeling more confident in the way I look. Emotionally it has been a great improvement with my outlook on life and my energy levels. I no longer have to take blood pressure medication. My headaches have diminished greatly. I am so grateful for Ronda and this group and look forward to reaching my goals! I feel so much better! This program works!
A few months ago, I found myself in the hospital with chest pains, and at the absolute lowest I’ve ever been in my health (and highest by far that I’ve ever been with my weight). In addition to victory on the scale for the first time in years (I’m down 39.8 pounds), my clothes are fitting better, I wore a smaller size in jeans for the first time yesterday, I’m sleeping through the night for the first time in years, and I have energy to get through my entire day without having to rest. I have rheumatoid arthritis and was in so much pain I was living from dose to dose of Aleve or Advil throughout each day. Now I don’t even recall the last time I took a dose of any sort of pain killer. I’m able to walk more consistently for exercise. My family is noticing the change in both my appearance and my energy. Also, the motivation and encouragement from the Real Health Resolutions Community??!! Wow!! Even though I haven’t met most of them in person, the members of the community feel like new friends. I can’t wait for it to just keep getting better!
My biggest non-scale victory is that my vision is improving! I am legally blind with no peripheral vision, which is not improving because it is genetic. Over the past few years the tunnel vision I do have has been getting worse. I started having to wear readers and still focus really hard to be able to see. I no longer need my readers to see! I also have energy, which I haven’t had for years. I am so thankful for Ronda and all that she is teaching us!
I have lost 35 pounds and I am halfway to my goal! I also have improved energy. I enjoy going to buy new clothes and have gone down two pant sizes so far! I am more confident and like to be in pictures more often than in previous years. This plan is easy to follow even while traveling! I lost three pounds on my last vacation! It is possible to eat on plan and not feel deprived. There are so many options eating out in restaurants!
I’m 59 years old and have psoriatic arthritis. I was getting to the point of not going out anywhere because the thought of having to walk around hurt. My flair ups increased to at least once or twice a month. I tried and failed at so many “diets”. So, I turned to comfort foods like candy and sweets. I was a nurse, and I know that sugar feeds inflammation, but I did it anyway and then paid the price. Then I saw my sweet friend Ronda looking incredible. Slowly but surely I saw her morph into a healthy, happy woman. I started to look into what Ronda was doing to look so fabulous. She sent me some info on an up- coming meeting she was doing. After that meeting I couldn’t, at first, believe that it could be that simple. So I decided right then to sign up for the next few meetings. I’m a rule follower and I did exactly what Ronda had learned from Dr. Sears. To my amazement, pounds started to fall off. I have lost 118 pounds in 8 months! I love seeing the recipes people post and have tried many. I truly am satisfied with what I’m eating. No cravings for once in my life. My arthritis is already so much better. In January I had come to a point in my return-to-health journey where I was strong enough to take on the task of trying to lose weight that I had acquired during my struggles with many auto immune diseases and cancer. Over the next 7 months I lost 14 pounds. After hitting a six-week plateau, I decided to join Real Health Resolutions. The first photo was taken on September 9th, when I first started with Real Health Resolutions. Following this plan, I have had a major transformation over the past two months and I’m now down almost 30 pounds! I’m enjoying delicious real foods, have increased energy, and have reduced my inflammation. I’m grateful for the friendships I have formed and the support I’ve found in the Real Health Resolutions group, and I plan on continuing with Real Health Resolutions to meet my weight-loss goals.
I joined in late August because I was headed straight toward becoming a diabetic. My friend Vonda, who is also a client of Real Health Resolutions, shared her bloodwork numbers had improved, so I met with Ronda and joined for a one month plan. I lost weight FAST at first and then it slowed down some. I signed up for another six months and have now lost almost 40 pounds in four months! I got my bloodwork results and my sugar is perfect!!! My liver numbers are a bit elevated but that takes a bit longer to heal. I also want to add that so far I have not made one recipe! I’m a nervous, lazy cook! I prepare meals for my family and just don’t feel like venturing for me (I know…self care)! You don’t have to be fancy! I absolutely love the Real Health Resolutions community! The people are precious!! The journey doesn’t seem as hard!
On March 15th, I decided to make some changes. I started walking and doing arm exercises with light weights. I also made nutritional changes. I learned if I didn’t eat processed foods, grains, and fast food that my cholesterol would be in the normal range. With these changes I lost 20 pounds in 7 months. I know most people would say that was good. But I wasn’t happy. With the weight I have to lose it would take me years to lose the weight. After talking with Ronda, I thought I have to try this! Her story is my desire. Her love of people and her commitment to this plan has worked beautifully for her and so many others I know. The Real Health Resolutions community has inspired me with their posts. They have kept me going, whether it was to finish my water or to tweak a recipe. I lost 11 pounds my first month with Real Health Resolutions! Thank you again, Ronda! God is using you in such a special way.
I have tried many different plans! Six months ago, I took my measurements at the start of a new plan. I would check my measurements all throughout and NOTHING MOVED. So, two weeks after starting with Real Health Resolutions I decided just for grins to take my measurements (just 3, my main ones)….
My waist went down 1.5 inches
Hips went down 3 inches
Bust went down 4 inches!!!
That’s a total of 8.5 inches in 2 weeks 😳😳😳!!!! What an Encouragement!! And I’m not even exercising due to wearing a boot on my foot!!! I have now lost a total of 40.5 pounds!

Through following this lifestyle I have been able to cut my insulin by almost 60% and cut my blood pressure meds by 50%. My breathing has been a challenge for the last year too and that has gotten much better. My clothes are fitting better and my feet fit better in my shoes. I feel better, I have more energy, and I have lost over 16 pounds in a little over a month. I am thrilled!
